Join us for a beautiful hike in one of Alpharetta’s favorite parks! With a distance of only 2 miles long, this makes it super easy for new hikers and those who just want to get outside. Expect some nature trivia along the hike and a brief devotional. So, join us for a day of awe-inspiring scenery, with fun and great fellowship as we get out and explore God’s incredible creation. *If you’ve never been to an Echo event, this is the perfect time to come! You will definitely meet other first-timers and leave feeling encouraged and connected* HIKE DIFFICULTY: D2 - 2 miles Hiking Rating Scale: D1 Easy (beginner hikers) mostly flat D2 Easy to moderate (regular hikers) some hills D3 Moderate (a cardio workout) mountainous D4 Moderate to strenuous (challenging workout) Steep grades/agility D5 Strenuous (serious physical challenge) Very steep and far WHAT TO BRING: Rain jacket, water, etc. No children or animals please. LUNCH: Jason's Deli - 7300 North Point Pkwy Alpharetta, 30022 KEEP IN MIND: There are always dangerous and unforeseen elements when out in nature: Cliffs, water hazards, weather, animals, insects, reptiles, falling limbs or rocks, Poison Ivy, Oak, Sumac, etc. Trails may be un-maintained, slippery, rocky, icy and have steep embankments. Shoes and clothing may get muddy or wet. The woods are your bathroom.
