HOW DID ECHO GET ITS NAME AND IS IT AN ACRONYM?

No, Echo is not an acronym. In the beginning stages of the ministry, Greg and the team members went on a prayer retreat to pray and craft essential aspects of the ministry. Greg said to the team that it should be a simple, catchy, easily rememberable name. After crafting the 7 core values, the coach felt led to suggest taking the first 2 letters and the last 2 letters of each core value and wordsmith. Greg and the rest of the team agreed to give it a try. Amazingly, ECHO YAHWEH was revealed. The consensus was that YAHWEH was the confirmation of the name ECHO. ECHO is to repeat, imitate or relfect, and that is what we are to do: Repeat the gospel mesage, be imitators of Jesus Christ, and reflect His light and love to the world.
