BUT I DON’T PRAY OUT LOUD, no worries! We know this could be out of your comfort zone – as many people pray silently. That is perfectly fine! Some of us will pray audibly and you can pray silently. SPECIAL NOTE: The trail is 1.8 miles so it should take 40 minutes to pray and walk. This isn’t a time of socializing and cutting up or a time to focus on exercise. This is a time to join our voices together to petition the Creator of the Universe while thanking Him for everything He does.
