WHAT ELSE TO BRING: Sleeping bag, pad, extra blanket, pillow, flashlight, jacket, rain-coat, daypack, towel, toiletries, camera, Bible, camp chair. Optional things: Hiking poles. If you need any of these, just let us know. TENT INFO: You may bring your own tent if you wish. We also have large tents to accommodate others. BATHROOMS: Warm showers and running water. WOOHOO!!! AGENDA: Hiking to remarkable scenery, and to unknown remote waterfalls each day, facilitated connecting, campfire worship music, roasting marshmallows, challenging devotionals, and much relaxation and hanging out. If on FB, please post in comments on event when you're leaving and how many passengers you can take. These are set up only as a convenience, for we do not know who will be where. Possible alternatives to meet and leave cars. FUEL COSTS: if you are a rider, please share fuel costs with the driver. ARRIVAL SATURDAY: If you plan on hiking with us on Saturday morning, make sure to arrive by 9:30am. KEEP IN MIND: that there are always dangerous elements when out in nature: Waterfalls, cliffs, weather, animals, insects, reptiles, falling limbs or rocks, Poison Ivy, Oak, Sumac, etc. Trails may be un-maintained, slippery, icy, rocky and have steep embankments. Shoes may get muddy or wet. Many times the woods are your only bathroom.
